A very loud explosion leveled the St. Patrick’s Parish Center building in O’Neill early yesterday morning and damaged other property.
The city of West Point water system is being flushed this week.
A Missing Endangered Advisory was cancelled after the 75 year old Lincoln woman who was the subject of the advisory was located safe.
