Junior Legion Baseball Area Tournaments get underway this Friday, July 12.
In Class B, at the Area 3 tournament in Blair, West Point is the #2 seed and will play #7 Fort Calhoun on Friday evening at 5:00.
In Class C, at the Area 2 tournament in Dodge, #1 Pender will meet #6 Dwight at 2:00, followed by #2 David City vs #5 Hooper-Scribner at 4:30 and #3 Plainview vs #4 Wisner-Pilger/Dodge-Howells at 7:00.
Area tournaments run July 12-16 with the tournament winners advancing to State.
