Luther had 140 yards rushing on 22 carries and the one score. Brichacek had 64 yards rushing on 6 carries and the one TD. Dane Meyer was 3-9 passing for 69 yards and an interception. Brichacek made 14 tackles while Konner Bourek made 11. The Jaguars had 295 yards of total offense, including 226 rushing.
Jeff’s Osceola Preview:
Howells-Dodge (5-1) takes on Osceola (2-4) on the road Friday night. The Bulldogs lost 56-14 at home to Archangels Catholic last week.
Jeff’s Take on the Game:
The Jaguars should be able to win this one. I think this game will be a good measuring stick for Howells-Dodge to see where they stand in comparison to Archangels Catholic. The loss to the Chargers was certainly surprising so I’m curious to see how the Jaguars respond in this one. Howells-Dodge has to shake off last week’s loss and I think they will. The Jaguars must have a short memory and I think they’ll do that too. I look for Howells-Dodge to be upset and motivated after what happened last week, and do something about it.
