The Men’s NCAA College World Series continued at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha on Wednesday with two semifinal games. In the first semifinal, Florida eliminated TCU to advance to the Championship Series with a 3-2 victory. LSU staved off elimination in the nightcap, defeating No.1 overall seed and previously unbeaten Wake Forest 5-2. The Tigers and Demon Deacons will play another semifinal game on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. to decide who will play Florida in the best-of-3 Championship Series, which gets underway on Saturday.
