Flash flooding from heavy rain earlier this week has impacted several areas in Washington and Dodge Counties. The Platte River, Bell Creek and the Elkhorn River overflowed yesterday, draining of those flood waters is expected to be a slow process according to officials. As of this morning, Washington County Emergency Managment reports that Highway 30 through Arlington is now open, as is highway 91 from Blair to Highway 275 is Open.
