Eugene-Oregon, Former UNK star Wes Ferguson passed the first hurdle in his quest to qualify for the US Olympic team. Ferguson advanced on through his heat in the men’s 800 meter run by finishing 3rd with a time of 1:47.08. He will now race in the semifinals on Friday night.
