January 24th, 2024 | Office of Congressman Mike Flood

Lincoln, Neb. – Republican Congressman Mike Flood has filed for re-election to continue representing Nebraska’s First Congressional District in Washington.

“Working on behalf of my constituents in NE-01 has been an incredible honor, and I’m proud of all my team and I have accomplished on behalf of Nebraskans,” Flood stated. “There is still a lot of work to be done in Washington to get our economy back on track, secure the southern border, and ensure our federal government is working for the American people.”

“In Congress, I’ve kept my promises to Nebraskans by standing against government overreach, cutting $2.1 trillion from the federal budget, and voting for a comprehensive border security package,” stated Flood. “In my next term, I will continue being a voice for the common sense priorities of Nebraska’s First District. I will keep up my work to lower housing costs by cutting government red tape, I will be an advocate for tax cuts for middle-class Americans, and I will fight to secure the southern border and strengthen our national security.”
