Jeff’s Fremont Bergan Preview:

Clarkson/Leigh (17-2) hosts Fremont Bergan (16-6) Tuesday night in action that will be aired on 107.9 the Bull. The Knights went 3-1 at Saturday’s Elkhorn Valley Invite, winning 2-0 over Lutheran High Northeast and St. Paul, and 2-1 over Elkhorn Valley, but lost 2-0 to Battle Creek. First serve is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on the Bull.

Jeff’s Take on the Match:

This should be a great match. I think Clarkson/Leigh is poised to win this one. The Patriots are at home, and are coming off a couple of losses to top teams away from home. I think Clarkson/Leigh is out to prove that they can beat a perennial power in their home gym. This should be an incredible match to bring you on the Bull, and it will be very exciting to see how it turns out. I look for the Patriots to play with a sense of urgency and purpose in this one. The atmosphere should be electric, and the crowd should be really loud and into it. It figures to be a hostile environment for Bergan that’s for sure.
