The Clarkson/Leigh Football Team fell 34-8 at Pender Friday night.

Jeff’s Game Recap:

Wyatt Crosley was 2-5 passing for 61 yards and a TD. Levi Gall made 12 tackles while Korbin Lemburg posted 8. The Patriots had 119 yards of total offense while the defense gave up 384 yards of total offense, including 267 on the ground.

Jeff’s Twin River Preview:

Clarkson/Leigh (0-3) takes on Twin River (2-1) on the road Friday night. The Titans won 56-30 at Heartland last week.

Jeff’s Take on the Contest:

This should be a good game between these two teams. Twin River has a couple of wins, but the Patriots have played a really tough schedule. I think Clarkson/Leigh wins based on that strength of schedule, but things could truly go either way. It should be a great game that comes down to the wire between these two teams. Everything is still out in front of the Patriots this year. Clarkson/Leigh shouldn’t panic just because they’re 0-3. There’s a lot of season left and an opportunity to right the ship if you are the Patriots.
