Creating an inland port authority within the city boundaries will be discussed at the Blair City Council meeting next week, presentations from the Nebraska Strong Recovery Project and the Friends of the Jeanette Hunt Animal Shelter are among the agenda items. A request for additional funds for the construction of the Blair Dog Park will also be considered. That meeting Tuesday evening starts at 7pm in City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th Street
