With the move of former Blair City Council Member Katelyn Ferrari to the non-attorney legal assistant position recently, that leaves Ward 4 without a representative on the council. Mayor Mindy Rump is expected to appoint James Letcher to fill out the term for Ferrari. Letcher will also serve on the Council Judiciary and Real Estate committee, Water and Sewer Committee and the Transportation Committee Also on the agenda, consideration of Tax Increment Financing for the redevelopment for Lion Trail Townhomes. That meeting, Tuesday, starts at 7pm in Blair City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th Street.
