This week’s Animal of the Week is Gavin Hardeman of the Lyons-Decatur Northeast football team.
Gavin had a stellar all-around game in Friday’s 61-30 win over Cedar Bluffs.
On offense, he carried the ball 11 times for 212 yards and four touchdowns. On defense, he racked up 25 total tackles including two tackles for loss.
Through two games he has over 300 rushing yards on offense and 50 tackles on defense.
