Just outside of North Bend a semi carrying corn syrup flipped on its side, leaking it’s cargo. The overturned semi was at the Highway 30/Highway 79 junction. Northbound 79 was closed and eventually southbound was as well with Highway 30 reduced to one lane. It took crews several hours to get the accident scene cleaned up. Around 12:30 this morning the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office shared that the scene had been cleaned and the area was open to normal traffic again.
