After 30 plus years as the University of Nebraska Lincoln’s wheat breeder specialist, Dr. Stephen Baenziger retired in March of 2021.
Baenziger has a strong history in the Panhandle of Nebraska, across the state, and in other states with working with producers and wheat varieties.
