Tractor Supply Company has announced it will acquire all 167 Orscheln Farm and Home stores in 11 states in an all-cash transaction for approximately $297 million.
The 167 Orscheln Farm and Home stores are located throughout Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Kentucky, Illinois and Ohio.
In Nebraska, there are 19 Orscheln locations and 10 Tractor Supply Company locations.

There are currently 1,923 Tractor Supply stores in 49 states.
