Seward took care of business in a high school volleyball triangular Tuesday evening in Seward. The Bluejays started out strong as they handily took the first set from Crete, 25-12. Seward had nine service aces in the set, including four by senior middle hitter Abbey Ringler. Set two was more competitive, however, as Seward had to fight for a 26-24 win to take the match. Senior left side hitter Grace Vyhnalek led the way for Seward with four kills, a block, and a service ace.

In their second match of the night, the Lady Jays cruised to a pair of 25-11 wins to defeat Milford in straight sets. Abbey Ringler had another strong performance, with eight kills, four blocks, and three service aces. Seward is now 15-9 on the year.
In the other match, Milford swept Crete 25-14 and 25-21.
