Nebraska winery embraces heat, tourism and technology | 2021 Fridays in the Field | Ep. 7

June 18th, 2021

The heat puts stress on farmers across the Midwest while they try to prevent wither. Luckily for Max McFarland, at Mac’s Creek Winery in Lexington, his grapes endure the hot temperatures.

Clay takes us back to Mac’s Creek Winery to learn more about how the grapes are coming along, as well as agritourism and technology used at the vineyard.

Clay will follow Mac’s Creek this growing season, as they grow grapes, host events, and bottle wine at the end of the summer.

Fridays in the Field is brought to you by FNBO, the Great Big Small Bank.
