Beaver City, NE – Testimony for the prosecution continued Monday in the Furnas County human trafficking jury trial of Billy Quinn.

NSP Investigator Jeff Van Stelton testified about his role in initial searches of Quinn’s residence and business in Oxford in January of 2020. He photographed and assisted in the searches.

Chad Cunningham a natural gas service technician testified about Quinn calling him to conduct service calls at his two Oxford residences on separate occasions.

On both occasions the alleged victim was naked in the residence. In one instance, she disrobed at Quinn’s direction.

Jurors also heard some testimony about information gleaned from computers and celll phones seized by Quinn and cell phones collected from the alleged victim in the case.

There were 341 pages of texts, video and pictures exchanged between phones owned by Quinn and a girl. They were obtained through a search warrant from a phone company.

Latisha Connelly, an analyst with NSP, examined such data. They included sexually explicit messages, videos of the girl having sex with a different man than Quinn and explicit pictures of the girl. Under cross-examination by Defense Attorney Joseph Howard, Connelly acknowledged that she didn’t know if Quinn ever looked at any of the images or videos or whether the girl accessed Quinn’s computers herself. Connelly confirmed that the two videos were made on the girl’s phone
