Cindi’s famous meatballs are highly requested, and they’re a great meal to make now, freeze/refrigerate, and bake later! We hope you enjoy.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 lbs ground beef 
  • 1 lb sausage 
  • 1 can evaporated milk 
  • 1 cup oatmeal 
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs 
  • 2 eggs 
  • ½ cup onions, chopped 
  • 1 tsp garlic 
  • 2 tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp pepper 
  • 2 tsp chili powder 
  • Topping/Sauce (for one pan) 
  • 1 cup ketchup  
  • ½ cup brown sugar 
  • Liquid smoke 
  • Garlic powder 
  • Chopped onions 

DIRECTIONS (IN CINDI’S WORDS)

Make a ball. Will need two 9×13 pans. Cover with wax paper.  

Bake at 350 for 1 hr 15 min or until fully cooked.
