YORK – After 18 years with York girls basketball, Matt Kern announced Sunday he is stepping down from the position. Kern led the Dukes to a district final in Class B this season, and a final record of 12-15.
Kern helped lead the Dukes to eight NSAA state tournament and five semifinal appearances.
