A 60-year-old Heartwell man has been arrested on a Kearney County warrant for 9 counts of 3rd degree Sexual Assault of a Child and one count of Felony Child Abuse. Alan Mais faces up to 3 years imprisonment on each count.
Mais is currently being held in the Kearney County Jail in Minden. His bond is set at $300,000 or 10%.
