Seven-time CMA Entertainer of the Year Garth Brooks is making a stop in Lincoln, Nebraska in August for his Stadium Tour.
The August 14th concert will be held in Memorial Stadium. This will be the first concert at Memorial Stadium in 12 years, dating back to a Larry the Cable Guy show on July 4, 2009. The last musical performance at Memorial Stadium was Farm Aid III in 1987.
Brooks is the number one selling solo artist in U.S. History with 157 million records sold. According to a news release, this will be the only Nebraska appearance for the tour.

Garth Brooks’ last in-person performance in Lincoln was held in Pinnacle Bank Arena. The 2017 concert included five performances.
