Amber Alerts for two children canceled

Amber Alerts activated by Winnebago Police Department on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at 12:39:19 AM to determine the whereabouts of Leonard Kearnes, and Lihanna Kearnes last seen in Winnebago, Nebraska were canceled due to both children found safe in Sioux City, IA.
