Phelps County Development Corporation is hosting its annual meeting virtually this year. Ron Tillery, executive director said, “Our bylaws require us to report to investors within the first 90-days each calendar year, yet we feel the market requires more time to become fully comfortable with a large public gathering.”
As an alternative, PCDC will conduct a “virtual” annual business meeting now and delay its in-person gathering until the fall. According to Tillery, the awards banquet, possibly scheduled in September, will be a gala celebration that will honor the 2021 PCDC Business Hall of Fame inductees as well as a keynote speaker.
