The Wayne State volleyball team moved up two spots to sixth in this week’s AVCA/TARAFLEX Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll released late Monday afternoon. The Wildcats collected 862 points in voting from various Division II coaches across the country.
Wayne State won both matches last week in sweeps over Minot State and UMary to improve to 10-2 on the season and 4-0 in NSIC play. The Wildcats are on the road this weekend visiting Minnesota Crookston Friday evening at 6 p.m. and Bemidji State Saturday afternoon in a 2 p.m. contest.
