The Nebraska State Patrol reports that a two-vehicle crash occurred at about 5:30 this morning south of West Point on Highway 275 near Road A.
A Hyundai Elantra was southbound and crossed the center line. A northbound Ford Taurus was able to adjust to avoid a head-on collision.
The driver of the Elantra was transported to the hospital in West Point and later flown to Bergan Mercy hospital in Omaha for further treatment. Injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
The driver of the Taurus had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
