A 32-year old Norfolk woman was stopped on Highway 275 near Stanton around 1:00 a.m. Thursday for having defective tail lights. Tiffani Power was found to have an active Madison County Arrest Warrant. Subsequent to her arrest on the warrant, Power was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a large assortment of drug paraphernalia including a used meth pipe, scale, packaging baggies. Power was also placed under arrest on the felony drug charges and jailed pending the setting of a cash bond.
