It’s a big weekend this weekend for the Neihardt Center in Bancroft as they have events going on both Saturday and Sunday. That’s according to Executive Director Marianne Reynolds, who goes into detail about Saturday’s inaugural “River & I” float down Logan Creek.
Reynolds says registration will be at Ru-De’s Mart the morning of the float.
The 56th Annual Neihardt Day Celebration is set for Sunday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Reynolds says numerous presenters will take part in the program.
Reynolds says there will also be a musical performance by the Pathfinders Chorus out of Fremont.
Lunch will be available for purchase for $9 from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
