ELVPHD Has Vaccines Available in Burt, Cuming, Madison and Stanton Counties

Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department currently has Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines available for the public, age 5 and over. All primary and booster doses for each of these vaccines that have been approved by the governmental medical authorities may be given at this time.

The two-series primary doses of Moderna COVID vaccine and the single primary dose of Johnson & Johnson may be given to those who are age 18 and over. The Pfizer-BioNTech two-series primary doses may be given to those who are age 5 and over.

In addition, we are able to offer booster shots of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID vaccines those over 18 years of age who completed their initial series 6 or more months ago.

For individuals who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, booster shots are recommended for those who are 18 and older and who were vaccinated 2 or more months ago.

Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department has ongoing walk-in vaccine clinics every week at the following locations:

Mondays: 3:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 10:00 a,m. to 3:00 p.m.

Mondays and Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 3:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 3:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Thursdays: 11:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

You do not need an appointment for any of these clinics. Please bring your vaccine card, if you have one, and your insurance card/information. You will not be turned away if you do not have insurance. There will be no charge out of a patient’s pocket if they are unable to pay.

Various pharmacies and clinics across the region also have the COVID-19 vaccines available. Please contact them directly for more information on their schedules.
