The East Husker Conference Cross Country meet was held on Thursday.
Oakland-Craig won the girls team championship, West Point-Beemer was the runner-up and North Bend Central placed third. Oakland-Craig’s Chaney Nelson was the individual champion. Her teammate Carolyn Magnusson was the runner-up and Alea Rassmussen of Wisner-Pilger was third.
Lyons-Decatur Northeast won the boys team championship, Oakland-Craig was the runner-up and Pender was third. Gannon Walsh of Pender was the boys individual conference champion. Caleb Schlichting of Lyons-Decatur was the runner-up and Dawson Meyer from Oakland-Craig was third.
