Clarkson/Leigh Football Standout Drew Beeson has signed with Doane. Beeson says he looks forward to continuing to play the sport he loves so much.
Beeson will play linebacker for the Tigers.
Beeson talks about what drew him to Doane over other GPAC Schools.
Beeson picked Doane over the likes of Midland, Concordia, Hastings, and Mount Marty.
Beeson, who also played Basketball and ran Track for the Patriots, says Football is his best sport.
Beeson helped lead the Patriots to the Class D-1 State Title this past fall, and the Basketball Team to a C-1 Sub-State Final against Wahoo in 2021-2022.
Beeson says both runs were pretty special.
Beeson says he plans to major either in Physical Therapy or Physical Education at Doane.
He is the son of Robert and the late Suzie Beeson.
