(AUDIO) Wisner City Council votes to move forward with Auditorium Paving Project; awards Water Tower Project Bid

The Wisner City Council met in regular session Monday night as they held their meeting on Zoom. The council voted to move forward with Funding Parking Lot Paving for the Auditorium Paving Project. Mayor Chad Dixon gave this recommendation to the council.

City Administrator Randy Woldt shares some funding information.

As far as the Water Tower Project bidding goes, the city went with Gerard Tank & Steels bid of $2,266,097.72.

The council also approved Wisner Care Center Assisted Living Rate Increases of 2% in the first phase for the first 6 months, and an additional 2% increase in January of 2021.

A Public Hearing for a review of the Care Centers Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget was set for June 15th, which is also the next time the council will meet.
