In preparing for harvest Matthew Oelofse looks back on the crops he had this year.
Oelofse visited with Jacob Roth about what knowledge he has learned from this year’s crop.
While growing milo and helping another farmer with corn and soybeans, Oelofse said it has been a learning curve with timing and applying a chemical program.
Next growing season he plans to implement specific chemical programs for each field and create more opportunities for less inputs and greater outputs.
