A 39-year-old Wellfleet woman was arrested Saturday after an incident at a Maywood business.   At 11:41am Saturday, the Frontier County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a Maywood business advising that there was a female in the business who appeared to be high on drugs and had displayed a gun when the clerk refused to sell her beer.

The female left the business and a suspect vehicle was located on Highway 23 between Curtis and Maywood.  The Nebraska State Patrol assisted the Sheriff’s Office in conducting a high risk stop with the occupants.  The driver was released as he was not involved in the incident.   But, Dixie Kaiser was taken into custody on suspicion of Felony Terroristic Threats.  Sheriff Dan Rupp says more charges are pending as the investigation continues.

Kaiser was initially brought to the Dawson County Jail, then transferred to Seward County.   Her bond was set at 10% of $150,000.
