Lexington-The Lexington Minutemen football squad is getting set for Friday’s annual sports drink scrimmage. This week KRVN’s Jayson Jorgensen spoke with coach Jeff Rowan about how preseason practice is progressing.
Due to the construction at Ray Ehlers Stadium, the annual scrimmage on Friday night will take place at 6:30pm on the school’s practice field on Lake Street. Lexington kicks off the season on August 26th at state ranked York. That game can be heard on KAMI Country and on krvn.com. Last year Lexington went 4-6 and qualified for the Class B State Playoffs.
