Lexington wins in Subdistrict Action

Scottsbluff-The Lexington girls soccer team got the postseason off to a good start with a 6-0 win over Gering in subdistrict action. The Minutemaids had goals from Klair Fagot 2, Citali Prado 2, Ariana Cabrera and Berniece Garcia. Lexington now has 12 wins on the season which is a school record and has won nine in a row which is also school record. Freshman Valeria Perez has eight assists in a season which is a new school record. Prado now has 15 goals this season which is a school record. Alyssa Winter now has seven shutouts this season and 13 for her career which are school records. Lexington will play Scottsbluff at 5pm mountain time today in the subdistrict.

Lexington-The 2nd ranked Lexington boys soccer team put together another dominate performance as they blew out Gering in the first round of subdistricts with a 10-0 win over Gering. Lexington is now 16-1 this season. Lexington will host Scottsbluff in the subdistrict final this afternoon at 5pm.
