A 59-year-old Lexington man has been arrested on charges of sexual assault of a child. Benjamin K. Weston was booked into the Dawson County Jail following a recent investigation by the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office. He is being held on $500,000 bond but, could be released if 10% is posted. His case is set to return to Dawson County Court on August 5, 2021 for preliminary hearing at 11:00am.
