Hy-vee will be opening their smaller concept store called Dollar Fresh in Lexington on Friday, April 23 at 7:00am.
Spokesperson Ivy Sprague said Dollar Fresh stores are designed to bring a bit of the Hy-vee experience to smaller communities.
The store will feature a full selection of grocery items, bakery, ready-to-eat meal offerings, wines and spirits, along with a shoe section an other clothing items. The Dollar Fresh store will have 45 employees and is located in the former Orscheln’s Farm & Home building along Plum Creek Parkway.
