COZAD, NE – Hot air balloons, live music, a steak dinner, cruise night, and car show, and much more are on the schedule for the Platte Valley Tailwinds Event on Friday, June 16th through Sunday, June 18th at the Cozad Municipal Airport.

Saturday’s plans will also include a balloon night glow along with activities during the day. Saturday will feature a car show, airplane fly-in, Great American Kites that are the size of cars and buildings, a vendor show, live music and food.
Osborn says The Robert Henri Museum and the 100th Meridian Museum will both have special presentations during the day Saturday. Also, there will be shuttles taking people to and from the airport and downtown locations.
Sunday ends the weekend with a Father’s Day champagne brunch.
