It continues to be a great spring for Cozad sprinter Brittney Aitken. On Tuesday, the senior won the 100 meter dash at the Best of the Midwest meet in Sutherland with a time of 12.77. Last Saturday she was named the Most Outstanding Female Athlete at the SWC meet in Broken Bow as she won the 100 and 200 meter dashes and helped Cozad’s 4 x 400 Meter Relay team to the conference title.
