A 21-year-old Cozad man has been arrested on a Dawson County Warrant for First Degree Sexual Assault. It stems from an investigation by the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office. Cole Pape was arraigned in Dawson County Court Friday morning. Information on the nature of the case has been sealed by the court at the request of the prosecutor due to sensitive information.
Bond for Pape was set at 10% of $100,000. His next court hearing was scheduled for June 8, 2023 at 11:00 am in County Court for Preliminary Hearing.
