In 1981, Tom Wieck had a vision to create an auctioneering company dedicated to serving central Nebraska. With the support of his wife, Joyce, they founded Tom Wieck Realty & Auction, a full service auctioneering company. Since their humble beginnings, Tom Wieck Realty & Auction has grown to become one of the leading real estate auction companies in central Nebraska and performs close to 100 auctions each year.

From the start, Tom’s approach to business and auctioneering was to provide exceptional service, great experiences and treat clients and buyers like family. A true family business, Tom and Joyce, along with siblings, children and grandchildren, have grown their auctioneering firm from a room out of their home to a successful business with personal property and real estate auctions every weekend.

Their approach to business and customer relationships have made a lasting impression on the central Nebraska area and have become a household name for auctions in Hall, Howard, Merrick, Sherman and Buffalo counties.
