Charges have been dismissed without prejudice against a 76-year-old Scottsbluff man who was arrested in the fall on charges of 3rd degree sexual assault and solicitation of prostitution.
The victim in the case said that Archie Steinhour lured her to his home on two occassions, both resulting in him wanting to take nude photos of her.
This month in Scotts Bluff County Court, the two Class 1 Misdemeanors were dismissed, but the State can refile charges at a later date.
