Head Coach Scott Frost and Nebraska football players met with members of the media Tuesday to preview Saturday’s home opener with North Dakota at Memorial Stadium.
Kickoff between the Huskers and the Fighting Hawks in Lincoln is set for 2:30 p.m. (CT) with live television coverage from BTN. The game can also be heard across the Huskers Radio Network.
Nebraska will be facing North Dakota for just the second time in school history, despite the traditions of both programs going back to the early 1890s.
The Huskers met North Dakota in the 1961 season opener at Memorial Stadium and rolled to a 33-0 victory in front of 25,129 fans on Sept. 23.
