Lincoln-Nebraska volleyball is continuing with their spring workouts. On April 29th, the Huskers will close out the spring vs Wichita State in an exhibition match in Central City. Head coach John Cook says this match at the Bison Dome was a long time in coming.
When the Huskers play the Shockers, it will be the eighth time Nebraska has played an exhibition match across the state and Cook knows how important this is to these communities.
Over 2,000 tickets for the event were sold in less than a couple of hours on sunday night as the match is a sellout. Fans had to purchase the tickets in person and many stood in line for hours just for the chance to see the Huskers in person later on this month.
