A 24-year-old Scottsbluff man has been arrested following an early Monday morning shots fired investigation.
Quentin Biery was arraigned on three charges this week after Scottsbluff Police took him into custody in the 1700 block of 7th Avenue.
Court documents say Biery, a convicted felon, was arguing with people in the street and reportedly shot a gun into the air at least twice.
Officers found shell casings in the street and had video of him tossing the firearm into a yard.
Charges include Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Disturbing the Peace.
