Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest & Fun Dog Walk/Run

Common Grounds Dog Park Committee will host a Howl–O-ween Costume Contest and a fun Dog Walk/Run on Saturday October 30, 2021. This fifth annual Howl-O-Ween event is open to dogs of all ages. There is no entry fee for this event, however all donations are greatly appreciated, all proceeds raised will be used to host, build and maintain dog parks in the Scotts Bluff County area. Event starts at 1:00pm at the Monument Dog Park, 2255 West U Street (South West corner of 5 Rocks Road/u Street). Gering, NE. After the Costume Contest join us for a fun Walk/Run along the Monument Valley Pathways in the shadows of the Scottsbluff National Monument. 

Participants will have an opportunity to show off costumes on both their dogs and themselves while having fun and enjoying time outdoors with their four legged friends. Dogs are strongly encouraged to wear costumes to win prizes. We strongly encourage 6′ leashes be carried for all dogs participating. For the safety of other participants and animals, please no aggressive or vicious animals allowed.
