Brandon Jessiman had been on the lam since early March when a warrant was issued for his arrest. U.S. Marshals had tried to locate him as Jessiman fled through Wyoming, Colorado, and ultimately Western Nebraska.

This week through a joint investigation with the USMS fugitive task forces in Wyoming and Colorado, Saratoga Police Department, Wyoming DCI, Scotts Bluff County Sheriff’s Office, and the WING Drug Task Force, Jessiman was located and arrested after a brief foot pursuit on Wednesday.

Jessiman was booked into the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center is awaiting extradition to Carbon County, Wyoming.

“This case is a great example of teamwork among federal, state and local law enforcement agencies leading to the arrest of a violent suspect over a three state area,” said Randall Huff, U.S. Marshal for the District of Wyoming. “We hope the apprehension of this suspect will bring some degree of closure to the victim.”
