Platte Valley Companies held a beam signing ceremony as part of their new building construction. Associates were encouraged to sign the beam as a lasting memorial. Hod Kosman, President and CEO of Platte Valley Companies and Hunter Kozman, Director of Collateral Assessment had a short presentation while many of the associates gather outside the construction site. The beam was then raised and placed as the final beam in the project.

Construction began on April 8 and will take approximately 18 months to complete. The new building will be located to the east of their current Operations Center and will house several of the Company’s corporate functions. Scottsbluff is the corporate headquarters for all 22 bank locations, J. G. Elliott Insurance Center, Trust Services, Platte Valley Investment Center and their large equipment financing company, C.H. Brown Co.

Hod Kosman commented, “This building is not only an outward commitment to our Company, but it is also a commitment to our community. We will continue to make this a great place to live not only for our children but our grandchildren and for generations to come.”

Customers will continue to enjoy banking at the same building they are used to at 1212 Circle Drive during and after construction.
