A Gering software development company created under Four The Good Life and the Holliday Family of Companies has been awarded a $100,000.00 grant that will help the company expand their reach.

Officials with eCarrierCheck says they’ve received the award from the Nebraska Innovation Fund for continued development of software that serves the logistics industry.

Jared Ross, Vice President of Sales for the company, says it’s an exciting development, and will help the company move into a second development phase that will include hiring additional software developers, sales support staff, and launch a national marketing strategy.

eCarrierCheck is a software package that empowers small and medium sized freight brokers with tools to compete successfully against larger brokerages across the country.

One of the goals of the NIF grant program is to improve Nebraska’s position as a hub for technology.

“Four The Good Life and Holliday Family of Companies are grateful for the opportunity to bring more software
development strengths to Western Nebraska” says Phil Holliday -President of Holliday Family of Companies.
